Haymarket Media Group have submitted plans to replace their building at 174 Hammersmith Road.
The plans, designed by TP Bennett + Engle for the media company owned by Lord Heseltine, which publishes, among other things, Planning Magazine, involve demolition of the existing King’s House office building at 174 Hammersmith Road, and the construction of a part seven storey, part five storey building providing around 8000sqm of office space, designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
