LB Ealing have approved Catalyst Housing’s outline plans for the Havelock Estate redevelopment.
The Pollard Thomas Edwards designed plans involve the demolition of 692 homes, along with commercial units, and the construction of 922 new homes alongside 154 retained ones. 453 will be socially rented. There will also be new commercial space.
