LB Harrow have refused an application to build a £9m Islamic Centre in Headstone.
The scheme,designed by Mangera Yvars Architects, for the North London Islamic Centre had involved construction of a 7,000 sqm building with nursing home, children’s play centre, homes, restaurant, courtyards and prayer space on Station Road for the B W Foundation.
