LB Harrow’s planning committtee has put back their decision on CP Holdings application to build ten homes on Wood Farm.
Locals have vociferously opposed the plans to build on three acres of the 72 acre former pig farm. They say that certain wildlife surveys have not been undertaken, while the developer says they have. The Council has agreed to investigate their claims further before making a decision.
The scheme would see the remainder of the farm, most recently used as a land fill, remediated for public benefit.
