Harrow Council’s planning comittee has approved proposals to introduce Article 4 directions for five conservation areas in Stanmore and Edgware.
If introduced, planning permission would now be required for more minor works at buildings on Kerry Avenue, Stanmore Hill, Old Church Lane, Canons Park, and Little Common.
The council will now consult on the proposals.
