Harrow Council has appointed landscape architects to revamp Lowlands Recreation Ground.
Adams & Sutherlands have been apointed to look at the park, behind Harrow-on-the-Hill Station, and to turn it into an outdoor performance space with seating, and a café, which could act as a community hub for the town centre.
The work will be part funded by a £1.28m grant from the Mayor of London’s Outer London Fund.
