Harrow “hot spot”?

Harrow Council say their drive to make the borough a prime destination for new business has been recognised.

The borough was highlighted as an entrepreneurial hotspot by StartUp Britain, whose latest research says 9259 new businesses were registered with Companies House in Harrow in 2013. The figure was the fourth highest in the UK.

Harrow Council Cabinet Member for Business and Enterprise Cllr Kamaljit Chana said:  “As a council, we play a huge role in making our borough a destination of choice for businesses, from making it a clean, safe and fair place to work or visit, to bringing together businesses and putting them touch with other organisations that can help them.”
