LB Harrow has the lowest proportion of young people not in education, employment, or training of anywhere in the country.
According to Dept of Education figures just under 96% of 16 to 17-year-olds in the borough are invloved in one of the three. The national average is 81.4%, with the London-wide average 87.3%.
