The St Annes Centre car park is to move to 24 hour operation, with hopes this will boost the town centre’s night time economy.
The car park will allow exit at all hours, allowing late evening parking. This should help local entertainment and restaurant venues, as customers will be able to park without fear of a parking ticket.
