Harrow Den competition returns

Businesses  in Harrow will again have the opportunity to win support for their business in a Dragon’s Den style competition.

Harrow’s Business Den is organised by Harrow Council, in partnership with Stanmore Business & Innovation Centre and Harrow in Business. The Business Den is inviting entrepreneurs to pitch their business idea, product or service to a panel of leading business professionals, to win a business support package for their business idea. The best idea, product or service will be selected as the winner by the panel.

Entrepreneurs have until Sunday 15 February to submit their applications for a chance to be shortlisted for the finals at the Harrow Business Den event.

The winning business or product will receive a business support package – including mentoring, testing their business idea in a trading environment, free business training courses and free publicity.

Cllr Keith Ferry, portfolio holder for business, planning and regeneration said: “The Business Den event highlights our commitment and pledge to support local businesses. At the event we will help entrepreneurs and businesses network, put them in touch with useful organisations and provide them with the tools needed to help their business flourish.”
