Harrow consults on Byron Quarter

Harrow Council is consulting on its vision for Harrow Leisure Centre and the surrounding site, which it has named Byron Quarter after the neighbouring park.

The council hopes Byron Quarter could be community of homes, with modern leisure facilities, a park and sporting activities at its heart.

Architects Karakusevic Carson, Gort Scott & Duggan Morris are working on designing this new neighbourhood, creating designs using the whole site south of the park, including the defunct driving-test track as well as the car park and the existing leisure centre buildings.

The first consultation events are in February 2017.
