A cafe and relocated library have opened in Harrow Arts Centre.
The new café forms part of a new look for the arts centre as Hatch End Library has also relocated to Harrow Arts Centre.
Divisional Director for Community and Culture at Harrow Council, Marianne Locke said: “This new café is sure to be a great asset to the arts centre. The Harrow venue is widely used by the community and many people felt the addition of a full time café would enhance the facility even further.”
Plans are in train to open a new bistro at the Arts Centre in the old bar of the Elliott Hall.
