Notting Hill Housing has had plans approved for a 64 home scheme in central Harrow.
The plans, designed by Stockwool, for the site next to Harrow Recreation Ground near the town centre will have a ribbon of development along its Pinner Road frontage, broken by a new amenity space which opens up views through to the Recreation Ground.
Construction is expected to start in spring 2016.
