Nordea Property Investment has put 77 Fulham Palace Road up for sale.
The four-building, 195,000 sq ft, 3-acre site, currently occupied by Harper Collins, is on the market through Jones Lang Lasalle with a price tag of around £70m.
Harper Collins were recently reported to be possibly leaving the building at the end of their lease.
