One Lyric Square, next door to the Lyric Theatre in Hamersmith, is for sale, it is reported.
Schroders’ UK Real Estate Fund is said to be looking for just over £105m, for the 103,000 sq ft office building, which is fully let to The Office Group. The 14 storey building is across the road from the U+I built 10 and 12 Hammersmith Grove i a popular part of the town centre.
