Dominvs Group have submitted plans for an estimated £76m twin hotel development on the site of the West London Magistrates Court in Hammersmith.
The Rogers, Stirk, Harbour and Partners designed scheme for 181 Talgarth Road – next to The Ark – involves the comprehensive redevelopment of the site, and the production of two hotel buildings along with new public space and wider landscaping improvements.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. DP9 are handling planning.
