Hammersmith Grove decision expected

A planning determination is expected this week on Development Securities’ Hammersmith Grove plans.

The scheme, which involves two blocks of commercial space on the present NCP car park site on the north side of Lyric Square, has office space and some retail/restaurant space.

The Hammersmith Chronicle reports that while the scheme is recomended for approval, it will be given a raft of planning conditions which include it having to be fully built within three years and providing a minimum of 257 bicycle spaces, restrictions on restaurant opening times and deliveries.
