Hammersmith buy for Tri-Capital and Western Ridge

Tri-Capital with Western Ridge Properties has bought the 16,000 sq ft Barrel Yard office development in Hammersmith.

The acquisition, from One Housing, includes eight shell and core offices, centred around a private courtyard, ranging from 1,119 sq ft to 3,342 sq ft. The buyer plans to make them available to purchase individually on a virtual freehold or a rental basis.
