Hallmark Property have had detailed plans approved for an Apart-Hotel/Student Accommodation scheme in Barnet.
The plans, for the former Station House in Colindale Station Plaza, part of Colindale Hospital site, will produce an 18 storey mixed use building containing a 55 room Apart-Hotel, 319 student accommodation units, and four commercial units.
