The anti-Heathrow squatters on a site in Sipson have lost their Court of Appeal action.
The group had occupied a site in Vineries Close in 2010 hoping to block any expansion of Heathrow Airport, turning the site into a market garden and accommodation, but now face a ruling to leave after the Court lifted a suspended possession order in favour of the landowner.
The landowner first served an eviction notice a few months after the occupation, but successive appeals have delayed the final verdict until now.
