Greenford GSK plans imminent

gsk greenford redlineStolkin Greenford are looking to submit a planning application for the redevelopment of the former Glaxo site in Greenford.

They plan a mixed use development for employment, residential, retail, education, leisure uses, a new cinema, cafes, restaurants, community space and public open space including improvements to the canal side. They also propose the reopening of Berkeley Avenue, and the conversion of the Grade II Listed Glaxo House into homes.

Horsenden House, home to higher education college GSM London, and Glaxo Wellcome House, will remain.

Stolkin Greenford intend to submit their application by the end of November.
