Genesis’ Grahame Park regeneration is the only scheme in London earmarked for money from the Get Britain Building fund by the HCA.
The Homes and Communities Agency closed bidding on the first round of funding at the end of January after receiving 170 submissions. Now they have picked 18 schemes nationally which aim to deliver a total of 1300 new homes as the first group to receive cash from the £420 million programme. Inside Housing reports up to £46m could be allocated to the 18 projects.
Only one is in London, and that is the 127-homes scheme at Grahame Park, in Colindale, by Genesis.
