Goya and Bilsdale have bought a site in Chiswick, and intend a speculative industrial development.
Goya say they plan a 44,000 sq ft speculative industrial/warehouse scheme on the 1.6 acre site on Stirling Road, which they have acquired from Hounslow Council.
