Goldcrest Homes has submitted plans for an 84 unit student accomodation scheme in Shepherds Bush.
The plans for 27 St. Anns Road involve the redevelopment of the site to produce a six storey building containing 84 student housing studios along with internal and external amenity space, and the creation of a 96 sq.m retail unit at ground floor level on the St Ann’s Road frontage.
