Godfrey London has begun work redeveloping the site of a former Royal Mail sorting office at St George’s Road in Temple Fortune into their new headquarters.
Demolition is well underway in preparation for the building of a new four-story office building designed by TDO Architects, and delivering over 17,000 sq ft of office space and facilities including a gym and sauna.
Godfrey will take one floor, another is already let, and two further floors are on the market. Completion is anticipated to take place in Q3 2019.
