Plans have been approved for Brent Council’s 236 home redevelopment of Gloucester House in South Kilburn.
The scheme, designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Architects for the site on Cambridge Road, involves the demolition of the existing 209 home Gloucester House and Durham Court blocks and their replacement with 236 new homes, an energy centre for the South Kilburn Neighbourhood Heating System, replacement play space, general public amenity space and car parking.
