GE signs itself for Ark

arkGE has taken space in Hammersmith’s Ark, a building which it part owns.

In what is a significant boost for Hammersmith, GE will bring all its employees currently based at Berkeley Square, Berkeley Street and Agar Street in the West End to the West London icon.

The move will more than half fill the building. GE will take 100,000 sq ft, and with the recent letting to Open TV, this leaves less than 60,000 sq ft unlet in the Ralph Erskine designed building.
