LB Harrow have granted Fairview and Mount Anvil permission for their development at Gayton Road.
<pThe scheme involves building 383 apartments in 5 blocks which range between four and ten storeys high – lower than the nearby proposed development on the site of Harrow College, which was refused last month.
The development also includes 200 public car parking spaces & 81 residents parking spaces in the basement, a cycle parking bay per apartment and 13 motorcycle spaces, as well as landscape and amenity works.
