Mercer Real Estate Partners has signed E & J Gallo Winery for a lease at Harman House, the Uxbridge office block it is refurbishing.
E & J Gallo Winery has taken 14,000 sq ft in the building, and will move in from the Cowley Business Park when the refurb is complete at the end of 2013. Other tenants in the building include General Mills. Around 50,000 sq ft is vacant.
Mercer acquired the 130,000 sq ft building at 1 George Street earlier this year from Threadneedle Investments for around £17.5m and recently obtained consent for a £5m refurbishment to include a new lobby.
