EcoWorld London has agreed a £94m development funding facility with United Overseas Bank and Bangkok Bank to help fund its Verdo-Kew Bridge development, part of the Brentford FC stadium development site.
This will help deliver the 900 new homes that are part of the scheme, alongside the new 17,250-seater community stadium, retail space, restaurants, cafes and open space.
The new stadium itsef is under construction and due to complete in 2020. Construction has also started on the build-to-rent element of the development.
