Fulham Wharf gains approval

fulham wharfHelical Bar’s plans for Fulham Wharf have been approved.

The 3.2 ha Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands (LDS) designed residential and retail Thames-side scheme at Fulham Wharf was jointly submitted by Sainsbury’s and Helical Bar.

It aims to turn an existing Sainsbury’s supermarket and derelict warehouses at Sands End into a new superstore, 472 new homes, two new public spaces, an extension to the public riverside and a new ecological garden on an abandoned jetty.
