Frogmore Developments' plans for a 131 home res-led development at Westel House have been approved.
The plans, designed by Darling Associates for the site at 32-38 Uxbridge Road are for a mixed use development containing 131 units as well as some retail floorspace and nearly 5,000sqm of hotel floorspace.
