Singapore based investor Frasers Property has bought Cisco’s Bedfont Lakes headquarters building.
The developer has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Lakeshore, three buildings at the Bedfont Lakes business park in Feltham near Heathrow, for £135 million from private investment bank Evans Randall.
The 272,000 square feet complex is entirely occupied by tech giant Cisco – its UK headquarters. Frasers already own a number of UK business parks. Other buildings at Bedfont Lakes are occupied by BP, Stratus Technologies, Targus, and Lindt.
