The tender return date for the £35m redevelopment of Stanmore College's Elm Park Campus has been extended a week, with four companies known to be bidding for the work.
Bowner & Kirkland, Galliford Try, Norwest Holst and Hollway White Allom are all competing for the desgn & build contract. Tenders are now due in this week.
