Hermes Investment Management have signed five occupiers for space in their building at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove.
The five lettings for a total of 32,000 sq ft in the Hammersmith town centre building involve Process Systems, UBC, K&G Recruitment, DeVere , and Softline. The reception area at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to create a new break out, meeting and seating area, along with a new café at the front of the building.
It already had a Fitness First gym with swimming pool on the lower ground floor.
