Cole Waterhouse has broken ground on the First Way development in Wembley.
The £98m CZWG-designed development includes a 678 bed accomodation campus, seminar space, staff offices, a library, gym facilities and a cafe. There will also be commercial office space in 6,500 sq ft floor plates. The student accommodation will be used by the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB), which is based at Wembley Stadium.
Completion is expected in 2020.
