Fire damaged building plans to refurb

A building damaged by fire in Park Royal could be demolished and replaced, if plans submitted to Ealing Council are approved.

The building, at 21-21A Dragor Road, will be ripped down and replace by a scheme comprising a 1,370sqm, 12m high building consisting of storage and distribution warehouse (use Class B8) and light industry for manufacturing of dairy and ice cream products (use Class B1 c Business, light industry) incorporating ancillary offices and a partial mezzanine in unit 21A.
