Family Mosaic & Roselodge Investments have submitted detailed plans for a 26 home development in Uxbridge.
The plans, designed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects for the site of Lion House, at 56-58 Kingsbridge Crescent, involve the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a four storey building containing 16 flats, along with a three storey building containing six flats, and an adjoining terrace of four houses.
The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
