Fairview New Homes have submitted plans for a redevelopment of the Colindale Hospital site.
The plans for land at the rear of the former hospital site on Colndale Avenue involve the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 240 flats in three separate blocks ranging from four to seven storeys.
