BT is reported to be looking to sell its former London exchange centre in the Nine Elms Opportunity Area.
CoStar reports that CBRE are likely to act as BT’s adviser on bringing forward the Keybridge House site at 80 South Lambeth Road. BT is said to be aiming to decommission the building by July 2014 while a major development scheme including many new homes is worked up by CBRE before bringing it to market for sale.
