Essential refused at North Acton

Essential Living’s plans for a 390 home development on part of the Perfume Factory site in North Acton have been refused.

The plans, which included three towers of 14, 16 and 25 storeys and, as well as a new public square, were refused by Ealing Council.

Imperial College’s plans for the rest of the Perfume Factory site, delivering¬† 736 student units, and 85 new homes in buildings up to 11 storeys, were approved in 2017.
