A high-end sushi bar is to open an exclusive restaurant in Stanhope and Mitsui Fudoshan’s TV Centre.
Endo Kazutoshi is understood to be opening a 15-cover restaurant in the rotunda, which Stanhope have secured change of use for. The former executive sushi chef at Zuma is also director of Ichibuns, the Japanese ramen and burger restaurant.
“Endo at the Rotunda” has ambitions to obtain Michelin starred status, and is expected to open in February 2019.
