Record company EMI is reported to be looking to move its Hammersmith HQ into its smaller Kensington office.
The music label had been looking for 110,000 sq ft just six months ago, and had considered The Ark in Hammersmith and the Hammersmith Embankment scheme, but is now cost-cutting, and seeking to relocate staff into other existing locations.
Reports suggest EMI has lined up Halcrow to take up the space it presently occupies in W6, on Brook Green.
