Cathedral Group and Development Securities have submitted their plans for The Old Vinyl Factory, a redevelopment of the former EMI Factory site in Hayes.
The plans include the demolition of some of the existing buildings, with the refurbishment of some of the others, which, together with new buildings and extensive public realm work, would provide 113,000 sqm of new space, including 510 new homes.
The designs are a collaboration between Alford Hall Monaghan Morris, Duggan Morris, and Studio Egret West. RPS Planning and Nathaniel Lichfield are handling planning.
