Harrow Council, working with Barnet Council, is consulting on a planning document which hopes to shape the future of Edgware town centre.
The Draft Edgware Growth Area Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out the planning framework to support the redevelopment of key sites aiming to reinforce the role of the high street, provide new public spaces and make the street environment more attractive.
It aims to improve the environment for pedestrians and cyclists, and provide opportunities for new homes, including affordable housing.
A six-week public consultation period on the proposals will continue until Monday, February 22, 2020.
