Aberdeen Standard Investments has put the Broadwalk Centre in Edgware on the market.
It is reported that agents are looking for offers over £60m for the 190,000 sq ft shopping centre next to Edgware station, on Hale Lane.
The centre is anchored by Sainsbury and TK Maxx, but the sellers believe there is an opportunity to redevelop the site and car park with upwards of 1000 homes.
