LB Ealing is looking for a developer partner to build up to 225 homes on a range of sites across the borough.
The council is looking to put 100 – 225 homes on up to 28 sites as part of the Ealing Small Sites tender. The sites range in size and location and allow for as few as 1 house up to 40+ housing units per site to be developed.
