Ealing neighbourhood forum set for vote

The Central Ealing Neighbourhood Forum is set for a referendum on a new neighbourhood plan for the town centre.

If approved, it will help guide future development in the town centre.

The authors of the plan say it draws on Ealing’s cultural history and aims to enhance the quality of existing townscape, protect green spaces, improve access to public transport, reduce congestion and encourage a variety of uses in the town centre. They aim to make the area a distinctive and welcoming place, attracting people from a wide area to visit, work, study, shop and stay.

More details are on the Forum web site.
