LB Ealing has posted an OJEU notice for multidisciplinary design services for the restoration of Pitzhanger Manor & Walpole Park.
The contract will be to bring forward and implement plans for the redevelopment of the Grade 1 listed Manor. The project will renew and improve the Manor, interpret its history, remodel exhibition and visitor facilities and redevelop the historic landscape and facilities of surrounding Walpole Park.
The multidisciplinary team will lead all elements of the design of this overall scheme, from masterplanning to phased implementation of packages of the project. LB Ealing say that tendering teams are likely to include architects, landscape consultants, exhibition design consultants, engineers, historic buildings specialists.
