Ealing appoint on Allen Court regen

LB Ealing has appointed developer partners for the regeneration of the Allen Court Estate.

Notting Hill and Galliford Try will be the joint development partners for the project, which involves the redevelopment of the site of a single ten storey tower containing 65 flats in Greenford. and possibly the western side of the site which is currently occupied by 16 garages and a further site occupied by offices and storage rooms.

Ealing’s Cabinet has agreed the deal subject to the completion of legals. Notting Hill & Gallifrod Try will now work on detailed development of their design proposals in order to submit a full planning application.
